Excellent The only problem is the housekeeping was not daily. I was there for 3 days, got new towels but not housekeeping. Breakfast Excellent Water, specially hot reach only certain point, which is warm, not hot. Staff was good

Property never offered us room service. We did not receive any clean or new towels daily. Our room was never cleaned. We never received new sheets. Nothing was offered to us.

We have stayed here a number of times. It's a great place to stay, but this time there was no service to clean the room or even replace towels unless you call each day to request these things. In addition, we appreciate that this is a pet-friendly place, but they should provide an area to let the pets receive themselves.

Customer service sucks

Im handicap and in a wheel chair and they gave me a room for deaf people supposedly. Believe it or not , not all sisabilities are the same. Plus they charged me 2 security deposits and have not refunded them at all

So good some bad

The front desk ladies and the maintenance guys were super friendly. The hotel was clean and in great shape. Breakfast attendants were non existant. They would not restock anything about an hour before breakfast was over. One day the trash at breakfast was overflowing over both trash cans and onto the counter. Two days there was no oatmeal, one cereal was out, milk or pancakes and this was an hour before it was supposed to be over. The room was clean upon arrival but the cleans during our stay were not good at all.
