You enter your studio through a separate entrance beside your private small garden (sitting area/BBQ). Enjoy a queen size bed & a cosy sofa or third bed, private bathroom, and a small kitchen & dining area. All shops & restaurants a few steps to walk. Harbour, mall & nightlife and more beaches 10 min by bus.

Holidays as they should be: Welcome to our completely new luxury studio for 2-3 people with a lovely, small garden where Mykonos meets Cyprus! Enjoy to wake up to the sound of the sea every single morning…. Located centrally, the Studio is just two passes from our private shared swimming pool and a sandy and a pebble beach which is perfect for safe swimming and snorkelling, with a lovely beach tavern.

After sunset, our hand picked lights and candles make you a romantic evening. If a beach party is not in your mind, enjoy your personal home cinema in your studio.
The neighboring hotel has a small water park and a minute´s walk away can be played golf and mini-golf. A supermarket, medical stores, a pharmacy and numerous restaurants are just located at the corner. There is also a wonderful pedestrian waterfront path that runs in front of the house for more than 16 km/miles leading Joggers and Walkers to other beautiful beaches, beach bars, playgrounds for the kids and great restaurants by the beach with stunning views, Beach Volleyball fields and public exercise machines just a few minutes from your home.
You can park your car parallel to the village, right between the neighbour hotel and the village. But it´s easy here to have car-free holidays, as the bus brings you within a few minutes to several other sandy or pebble beaches like the Sea You beach or the Coral bay and to the lovely historical center and harbour of Paphos with numerous fish restaurants, the Paphos mall and archeological sites. We can also provide you with excellent diving centers offering full PADI courses during your stays, accompanied by stunning diving expeditions at the sea caves, night dives or wreck diving – one of the 10 best places in the world.

Other things to note
• Please note that only the number of guests specified on the booking form may stay at the villa.
• The Studio has a strict quiet time after 10:00 pm
• Our ACs are fully new and if needed we can make any kind of scheduling or automation remotely after your request. Please keep it off whenever noone is in the room or a door/window is opened.
• In addition or as an alternative to the ACs we have the most sustanable and efficient fans in the world (Aerotron).
• The water heating is automatised with a maximum efficiency in a combination with our solar panels.
• Right after the booking you will receive our online guest guide where you can find all the information you need to make yourself an amazing stay – it accompanies you on your phone, tablet or laptop.
• If you need a cot and/or high chair, please feel free to contact us!
• Please note one speciality regarding community pool usage. Since some time, the pools in Cyprus must have a lifeguard and the community still didn't come to a conclusion regarding this topic as majority still chooses the sea&beach which are positioned same near and the pool is used rarely by very few people. For that reason a lifeguard appears irregularly and for a very limited time. However, you can be sure, that the water is regularly checked for its quality, follows all chemical standards and fully suits for swimming. Guests swimming in the pool accept the fact that in case of any incident they take full responsibility, and parents are responsible for their children. Most of the insurances won't cover any costs in cases when a lifeguard was not on duty.
