Great location, in the middle of Jiefengbei and close to Metro & street food. Free laundry (washing machines & tumble dryers) was very convenient. Only downside was lack of any Non-Chinese channels on the TV and front staff I encountered were non English speaking. Something I was not expecting from a big chain hotel.

I booked 2 rooms under the same name (traveling with kids). I requested the rooms to be nearby or at least be on the same floor. The lady that checked us in was not friendly at all and without even trying she said she couldn’t accommodate. We checked in around 3:30pm. The room has a feel of a 31/2 star at the most. Be careful with opening any shampoo bag as there is a charge for it. The map is all Chinese and staff don't have sufficient knowledge of English and difficult to communicate.
