This is an exception property. From the moment you enter the lobby you feel welcome and well looked after. Escorted by a friendly staff member to your room who then explained heating, tv etc. shuttle left on time, was very slick. A fantastic stay, Thankyou, I will certainly stay again and indeed recommend to others
