We love Colony Cove. Walk to Sugar Beach, 10 minute drive to Christensted. 30 minutes to anywhere on the island. Unit was very nice. Stuff beds, well equipped kitchen. Everything we needed.

We had an amazing stay here, it was veey calm, serene. Calm neighborhood. Felt like home. The pool was definitely a plus, and the kitchen where we cooked!

Family vacation

Great Location. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds for 4 adults 1 child. Clean washer/dryer. Nice details like beach towels, chairs, clean snorkeling equipment, etc. Easy access to pool. Didn't give excellent rating because we happen to be there when the beach was full of sargassum which affected the possibility of using the outdoors or open the windows (due to smell too). The bathtub was affected by it but we call Cindy (Host) & she took action immediately. Next morning the cleaner came to solve the problem. We understand it is not anyone's fault. Thanks to the great location we were able to enjoy many other beaches nearby & all the beauty of St Croix.

Family Getaway

Our stay at The Sunshine Suite was wonderful! It was the perfect price and size for our family. Check in and out was seamless. Cynthia was extremely helpful and quick to respond to questions. The pool was conveniently located and wonderful to unwind in after a day on the beach. We would definitely recommend and return!!!

the condo was clean and well located...very convenient to the ocean. the living room was particularly comfortable and the outdoor porch with a glass table and seating was a favorite place to relax

Friendly and comfortable

Although not the newest of properties the condo was clean and comfortable as well as providing plenty of room and privacy for each couple. Cynthia, the owner, responded clearly and promptly to all our inquiries and the people, from snowbirds to live-ins to vacationers like us were welcoming. They even invited us to join them one evening at their weekly Left Right Center game on the pool deck which was a lot of fun! All in all, this was a great property for the price that we would use again.

Great Clean Condo

Great clean condo close to pool and beach. Owners have left a wide assortment of condiments you don't find in normal rentals like olive oil, leftover liquor, spices and a well stocked kitchen. In addition, they provide beach towels, coolers, bug spray. Unit was well air conditioned and a great value for the price. I will look into staying here again!

Excellent Trip

I enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, safe, quiet (very important to me) and centrally located. The washing machine and dryer worked great. I packed enough clothes for 3-days as I did not want to check a bag and did laundry halfway through our stay which was perfect. Some highlights of the trip for me were the bioluminescence paddle, the Moko Jumbies and fire dancers, the boat ride to Buck Island from Caribbean Sea Adventures and eating at AMA at Cane Bay. Expensive but one of the best meals I have ever had.

10 days in paradise

Pictures are not enough. You cannot get the full picture without sitting on the deck in the evening, listening to the roll of the waves lapping at the shore, and feeling the cool ocean breeze on your face. What an absolutely gorgeous setting to enjoy and to feel no pressure to do anything other than bask in the sun, enjoy the beach, and snorkel with the fish and turtles. Our time here was a welcome time of rest and refreshing. The beauty of nature in St.Croix filled our tanks. The condo was great with warm showers to wash the salt off. Located close to Christensted, it was an easy 5 minute drive to downtown and the boardwalk for dinners and shopping. We loved being a part of driving in the left lane and really felt safe on the streets. Having a car was a must to get back and forth across the island from the airport to Colony Cove to Christensted, Frederiksted, and out to Point Udall. So much to see on the island of St. Croix. The beds were very comfy at the condo and we were able to have the king size bed split into twins for our kids to sleep. The AC was great to have at night to sleep as the temperatures ranged from around 78 to 86 the entire time we were there (nights included). There was ample storage for clothes in the closets and dressers and coolers to take out on trips during the daytime. You will need to remember how to make coffee in a coffee maker as there is not a Keurig with Kcups. And the washer and dryer were excellent to have to use.
