初めて利用させて頂きましたけど、スタッフの方々のご挨拶も気持ちよく、お部屋も広くて綺麗でした。アメニティも個人で選べて利用料金から考えたら、また利用したくなるホテルでした。

掛ふとん、敷ふとんのシーツに何本髪の毛がありました。タンスにある予備のシーツを出して交換しようとしたら、同じように髪の毛がありました。時間も遅く疲れていたので、我慢しました。午前10時にチェックアウト際、午後に帰り駅までの送迎が利用しようとしたら、フロントの男性職員がどうしても「今すぐ」送迎の時間を決めてもらいたいです。せっかくの優しいサービスなのに、職員の態度により残念な気持ちでいっぱいです。

ホテルの方がみなさんあたたかかったです。お料理もとても美味しく、石川県で取れる食材を堪能しました！お部屋に露天風呂が付いていたのですが、そこからの季節は絶景で、お風呂も清潔でした！

ホテル様のご好意に感謝です。

予約はシティービューでとっていましたが、ホテル様のご好意でオーシャンビューへ変更して頂き、お部屋も広く快適でした。お天気も良く夕陽、朝日ともにキレイでした。また、温泉も広くてよかったです。駐車場隣の公園の桜、チューリップ、水仙の花が綺麗に咲いていました。足湯も良かったです。

男湯に女性が来る事以外は完璧！但し男湯に女性が来るのが嫌な男性は避けましょう

海を臨む部屋、海を臨む大浴場、本当にありがとうございました。朝晩1回ずつ入浴したのですが、共に男湯に女性が検温＆清掃に来て大変不愉快でした。そこだけが唯一の欠点。何故女性でなければならないのか、男性で代替は出来ないのか、全客が居なくなるチェックアウトの時間まであと1時間なのにどうしてそれを待たずに女性がわざわざ男性風呂に清掃に来るのか、しかも全裸の男性客に対してわざわざ懇切丁寧に挨拶をするのか、根本履き違えている気がする。

対応に気分良く過ごせました。

素泊まりプランでしたが、近くに飲食店も多く便利でした。チェックインも、１組ずつソファ対応で丁寧な対応でした。館内が複雑で、宿泊した部屋のエレベーターの位置や大浴場までの移動が大変だと感じました。残念ながら、露天風呂からの夕陽も朝日も見られませんでした。

元旦の和倉温泉総湯の営業時間をフロントが把握しておらず、タクシーで出かけたが戻るはめになった。フロントに「総湯開いてませんでしたよ」とコメントしたが、「ああそうでしたか？」とニヤニヤしながら切ない返事。そもそも「総湯に行くからタクシー16:00に呼んでおいて」といった言った段階で、今日開いているか答えるか調べるのが普通の対応。まして、「開いていなかったよ」とコメントしたら、「存じ上げず申し訳ありませんでした。」と謝るべきではなかったか？

夜8時にチェックインとなった為、夕食食べれず。軽食は9時からしか食べれない為、コンビニ弁当で済ますことに。朝食も事前予約していないとだめとのことで、NG。朝10時チェックアウトで、朝風呂もできず、売りの海を見ながらの露天風呂も味わえず。(夜の露天風呂は真っ暗で何も見えない) 本当に泊まっただけでなんかもったいなかった。

海の綺麗な、ホテル海望

加賀の雰囲気が、とても感じの良いホテルです。駐車場から荷物を、部屋に、運んでくれて、行く途中に、館内の案内を、してくれる方また、海の横の露天風呂と胃腸に、良い飲泉とサウナ、私的には、大満足です。夕食は、近くのお好み焼き屋で、食べて、朝飯は、輪島の朝市で、地魚握りを、そして、朝市で、お土産を、買って帰りました。干し河豚最高！

仕事で素泊まり

仕事で滞在したため部屋はシティー側にしましたが、ロビーからエレベーターまでの廊下は少し暗いです部屋は綺麗だと思います。お風呂はお湯も景色もとても良かったです。24時間ってのも有難いです。
