1. 화장실 보다 청결하게 청소 부탁합니다. 2. 수영장 이물질 많아요, 매일 시간마다 그물망으로 청소부탁드려요~ 3. 방은 크고 침대도 좋아요, 목욕탕도 좋았어요~수영장도 수질 개선만 하면 좋아요~~^^ 4. Garden view쪽이 조용하고 좋은것같아요.

毎回使ってます

コスパがいいので最近は出張の際に使わさせてもらってます。 まず、大浴場があること、日本のテレビが見られることがポイントですが、今回朝食にそば、うどんがあったことも、毎日同じようなメニューなので変化があってよかった。 大浴場のシャワーの温度が一定に出るようになったのは良かった。 細かい事を言えばあるが、コスパ考えると良しとしなくては・・・

シャワールームの改善をした方が良いと思います。

シャワーを使うと仕切りが無いため、洗面台/お手洗い周辺が水浸しになるのが大変。 電話でお願いすれば拭いてくれるようですが、もう少し対策した方が心地良いと思います。 コンセントの変換プラグを借りたが、2個を希望したものの頑なに1個しか貸してもらえなかったのも残念。交渉の最後にあからさまな溜息をつかれたのであきらめました。 次も使うかと聞かれると。。。という感じでした。

最初に入った部屋は、エアコンが故障で１時間ごとに止まってしまう状態で、洗面台の横には液体せっけんが大量に漏れていた。 部屋の交換で対応してくれたが、変わった部屋の湯沸かし器が故障で、これも交換。 朝食に行くと、含まれているはずが、リストに入っておらず、こちらもフロントに交渉し、リストに追加。 あまりにも、不具合が多かったが、一通りの対応はしてくれたため、最終評価は「普通」にした。

あらゆる設備が壊れています。今回の宿泊では、冷蔵庫が壊れました。昨年の宿泊時は、エアコンが壊れていました。その前は、デポジットボックスが電池切れで使えませんでした。大浴場の設備も一部壊れて撤去されていたので、設備自体が古いんでしょうね。 スタッフは総じてフレンドリーです。

掃除について

以前より利用させてもらってますが、シャワールームに髪の毛が残っているとか洗面台の清掃がキチンと出来てない等清掃で気になるところがありました。 あと、朝食のメニュー、サラダと卵はいいのですが、ハム、ソーセージ類をそろえて欲しいですね。 良い点：WIFIが使えること、部屋で日本のテレビがみられること。近所に日本食レストランが多い。 大浴場は気持ちいいです。

高速から離れた場所に位置し、静かなホテル。逆の意味で言うと、周りに何もなく辺鄙な場所に位置している。 居室内は非常にきれいだが、シャワールームとトイレが分離して無いために、トイレの床がビチャビチャ。一部点灯しているライトのオンオフスイッチが見つからなかった等、不便に感じた。

I am staying for the second time. It is a very nice hotel, but there were two places where I was concerned. The first thing is that the refrigerator did not cool at all. The second thing is that the air conditioning of the room will be cut to about half an hour for some reason. Therefore, I woke up because it was hot several times while I was asleep. It is a little disappointing.
