The towel sets had no washcloths. The sink faucet ran only hot or tepid water regardless of which tap you turned. The television speaker had a fuzzy or "blown" quality when program dialogs were in the lower register. The breakfast was low quality: cereal probably not name-brand, the orange juice tasted like a mix of apple and orange juice. The wifi was very very very slow.

everything in breakfast area was empty when we went down at 7;30 am. I had to tell front desk. *** BIG ISSUE; NO USB plugs at all!!! Luckily we had 2 USB plugs with us, so took turns charging our phones, tablets. An average rating is being "generous," based on the very nice, friendly staff, and overall cleanliness.

The room is pretty run down - stained carpets, musty smell, various stains in the bathroom and room. But the front desk guy was cheery, easy to check in, bed was comfortable. One of the better options in the area when you're in town for the tennis tournament and looking for a reasonably priced hotel.

There were sketchy people around the pool area. Homeless and possibly prostitution. The desk was informed but seemed not too concerned about it. Breakfast was lacking my first day. Staffing was friendly and for the e most parts/areas the hotel was clean but a bit outdated.

The man at the desk the evening we arrived was very professional and very helpful. Our room however was a disappointment. The air conditioner didn’t work at all so our room was too warm and stuffy. The remote for the tv didn’t work for us until the man from the front desk came and showed us the way it worked. Even he had trouble getting it to work.

The check in early to get 3 rooms together was wonderful. Peter assigned our rooms so family members could be close. When the kids had trouble getting the TV to work, they came to the room quickly to help.

We made a reservation with expedia. When we checked in, we were given a room with 2 very small beds instead of the king suite we paid for. Room smelled like a combo of a gym locker room and alcohol, wet spots in the carpet. Called the front desk and they said house keeping was not available and no other rooms available that night. After checking out, we found out we had been charged TWICE for the KING SUITE room. 2 weeks of trying to get ahold of them to no avail.
