Great breakfast. Loved the nightly snacks/dinner. When we arrived to check in there was a large group and several other families waiting to check in, staff stayed very pleasant and efficient to get us all taken care of. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

Really like this hotel and its location being central to everything, downtown Cincinnati, Kings Island, shopping and access to the highway. Room was spacious and the bed very comfortable, but like most major hotels, they skimp on the quality of pillows. No support even after stacking several together. This was a minor issue and didn’t take anything away from the experience staying with these folks.
