Overall, everything was mostly fine. The breakfast was pretty tasteless and the elevator very dirty and gross. The room was clean but just felt a bit old and needs updating. Front desk staff were not always friendly.

Staff was very accomodating and friendly. Room was nice, but our bathroom door didn't latch, so we had to potty and shower with the door open and couldn't keep our toddler out of there.

When checking in, the host asked if I had reserved a queen, I said no, a king bed. She ended up giving us a queen anyway. Beds are hard and breakfast wasn’t good. I usually don’t complain but this was just a terrible experience all the way around.

My family and i was only here for one night and few hours . We had a very eary flight in the morning and was traveling with a toddler. Check-in was very easy and fast. Once we got to our room the room appeared to be ok. But about 20 minutes after being in our room little bugs started to come out. They were every where. The bed, walls, tables. My toddler who hates bugs was terrified. I went down stairs and told the employee at the front desk. He offered to change my room but told me this was a problem throughout the hotel . This wasn't mentioned to me when checking in. Or when making the reservation the night before. Before moving my family i went and looked at the new room. I didnt see any bugs so thought it was ok. At this point my family would only be here for maybe 5 hours. Once we moved all our things to the new room and got settled of course of course we saw a bug. My husband killed it but we got no sleep being on edge that a bug could come out and crawl on us or our things.
