Overall, good value for the money and easy public transportation access to Cincinnati locations. Older, renovated property is well-maintained, and issues, such a very slow draining shower, were promptly addressed. Staff are friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful.

The bed was comfortable but, too high off the floor. Mrs. had to borrow a stepstool to get in the bed. Thank goodness the front desk had one, The staff was very helpful and friendly. Not happy with the eating options.

Convenient to downtown. Parking was tight but we found a spot. Front desk receptionists were very friendly. Hotel looked like it had been updated. Fresh ground by the cup coffee at breakfast was delicious and there were Keurigs in the room.
