All the amenities worked and it was nice to have Netflix available. We will definitely be returning! The only thing this hotel lacks is signage, finding the lobby and check in on the second floor was a little confusing. Having our concert venue next door was a huge plus!

The only complaint that we had was that it was hard to figure out where the entrance was. Everything else was great. Nice room, great breakfast, friendly customer service. I also really liked the bath products. It was a shame we were only there overnight.

The hotel itself is very nice. All of the staff that I came across were friendly and super helpful. The room was nice, it was pretty clean for the most part. The problem I was worried about is that the door to my room did not close fully on its own. Not a huge issue since I noticed it right away. But if I didn’t notice anybody walking by would’ve been able to go into my room. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely stay here again.

This was very clean from parking garage to lobby to room. Breakfast was amazing and had many options even for the vegan in our family. The front desk helped us out questions about the area and even provided a tooth brush for the forgetful one. The only small hiccup that we had was there was no soap or shampoo in our shower...after a long day, we were ready to clean up and sleep. Great experience, we would recommend and stay here again.

The room itself was super clean and very comfortable for staying a few days/nights in! The service at the front counter wasn’t the best, they constantly had an attitude when we would ask questions. When we first checked in, the front desk worker D didn’t tell us anything about the hotel amenities. We had to explore the hotel ourselves to figure that stuff out. We were very very happy with Leonard, he was extremely friendly and helpful when we had questions! He ended up explaining a lot of the amenities for us two days into our trip, that’s when we found out about the beer and wine on tap! Overall the stay was very nice but sometimes service was not.

New hotel just across the river from Cincinnati! In a neighborhood that's still being revitalized, so hard to judge exterior and surroundings. Inside, it's clean and inviting. Staff was extremely friendly. One went out of her way to get me a takeout container for breakfast. (Free breakfast, btw, with lots of options.) I look forward to returning to see how this hotel and the area evolve.

The property has potential, but a lack of attention to detail from management holds it back. The rooms felt unfinished, with large drywall spots left uncovered, paint and caulking splattered, and nightstands not even plugged into the walls. The entryway from the parking garage was left unlocked, which is a security concern. Staff were untrained on how to enter the hotel themselves. The main entrance on the first floor is inconvenient, accommodating only a few vehicles at a time. Upon entering the lobby, there was no signage to direct guests to the correct elevator, and the first elevator you see had no buttons installed. I understand the need to start generating revenue, but everything about the stay felt rushed and unprepared. The staff lacked proper training and didn’t seem to care, giving no impression of pride in their work. Additionally, the housekeeping staff were slamming doors all morning, further disrupting the stay.
