Great big rooms, beds and space

Overall we had a great stay. Their were five of us and there was plenty of room for all of us Each of us got our own room and bed. Kitchen was nicely stocked with basic essentials. One thing to note, three bedrooms and one bathroom were upstairs. The steps to get to these rooms were a little steep. There are two other bedrooms and a bath on the first floor which is good Incase someone staying there is not able to use stairs. Communication. With the property manager was excellent. We had one issue with a missing remote. I reached out to them by text and they replied immediately and had a remote sent to the house very quickly. The property manager reached out several times to me asking how our stay was going and if anything was needed. Very appreciative of the open communication. After a lot of shopping in Cincinnati and Kentucky, we were able to come back to the house and relax, have some meals , and have a restful night's sleep.

We really enjoyed this location and the house overall. It was very clean and you could tell the owner cared about maintaining the property well. Our son's home is small to be able to host all the family when we come to town, so this property was sizable enough for us all to be able to visit together. The only thing we did not notice in the advertising of this property was the amount of stairs throughout. There are about 9 steps from the driveway to the front walkway, another 3 to the top porch and then into the house. Once inside there are steps down to the sunroom, steps to the upstairs second floor and another 3 steps to two of the upper bedrooms. So if you have mobility issues this needs to be considered. Also, the property does not advertise that there is a required background check to stay in this house. We reserved through VRBO, but were required to sign a separate rental agreement and to use Truvi (upload DL/passport and a selfie) for verification. Personally, this should be stated in the listing and not a surprise after reserving. Otherwise, this is a wonderful property. We had lightbulb issues that were instantly resolved and good communication with the management company. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was adequately stocked to be able to cook/grill meals. There was a coffee pot and a Keurig.

Arriving at the property is a bit confusing because it is the third house down the drive, with a beautiful yard and well-maintained landscaping. The house sits on a hill, so there are several steps to get into the house, and every room has steps inside. Not a problem for the agile, but I had grandparents with me, whom I contacted the host about, and got no reply. Everything else was fine, the house was clean and as described in the listing.

Quiet, well stock, easy to get everywhere

House was a wonderful mix of old architecture that has been remodeled. We had planned for seven guests but only two of us end up being able to come. Therefore, we did not use all the rooms and features. House was well stocked with everything you need. Air conditioner was more than adequate. We were impressed that the owners have a radon pump installed so we know they go above and beyond for the health of occupants. We loved the outside property as we saw deer every day and the variety of birds during morning coffee was wonderful. The house is at the end of a private drive with only two other houses. There are multiple elevation changes in the house and on the property so may be a consideration for those with mobility issues.

Large enough for the whole family!

Very nice large house, just far enough from Cincinnati that it feels like "Country Living", but close enough for 10-20 minute drives into the city. Nice property, with a great outdoor feeling, including a dear that visited us both mornings.

Cute Getaway With Friendly Hosts

There were only a few quirks of this house with some things missing or in need of maintenance, and sounds like host plans on fixing right after us.They were really nice, I can tell someone put good effort into cleaning the house for us, and they were super fast at responding! Very nice and recommend for folks visiting the area!

The house suited our family of 6 very well with all the many rooms. The ping pong table was a nice feature and all the appliances were great and included everything you can possibly think of. The inside of the house was nice and clean but the outside around the property could of used some tidying uo.

This house was a fun place to relax after a long day at a conference. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The front door really likes to lock itself, don’t try to stop it, it will get mad!

Great house for a guys golf trip!

Perfect house with lots of beds for a group of us on a mini golf trip in Cinci area. Communication was great and plenty of parking for 4 cars. Would rent again!

Wonderful stay!

We had a little glitch in finding the turn off to the house but after that no problem at all. As soon as we pulled up the kids started in on what a great place it was. It was so easy to remember the door lock combination so entry was worry free. The property was exactly as described and the cleanliness was excellent. My husband and I stayed on the first floor with my son and his 2 children and my daughter were on the second floor. We all agreed that this was the best place that we have stayed. I could go on and on but I think you get the idea. We definitely recommend this property. Thanks for a great time.

DO NOT RENT! BE AWARE!

I never leave negative reviews because we are small business owners and know how reviews can effect your business, but this property is unsafe for children and downright creepy. They did nothing to rectify our issue and put us in a hard position trying to find new lodging. We booked this house to visit family because it was close by and the pictures looked promising. It is on a secluded street with two other houses. As we pulled up, the neighbors' house is a total dump. There was garbage and so much junk all over. We entered and it seemed okay until we started noticing creepy things. For example, there was a calendar on the wall in the kitchen that had dates filled with "Rob Bank", "Jail Break", "Funeral" and then "Human Sacrifice". My kids walked into a room that had pictures of a human sacrifice and satanic pictures. We are not religious people at all, but my children were scared. My 2 year old picked up a knife, which was a real hunting knife that was just sitting on a shelf. This shelf also had a sword on display. These items are not in the pictures on the listing (believe me, I have checked). Major safety concerns considering they knew we were coming with 5 kids. My 6 year old was crying saying it was the scariest place he has been to. We immediately contacted the rental company who kept transferring us to different people ("their local partners"). They refused to resolve any issues. We had no other option but to leave, and they still charged us for the rental.

The property itself was very nice, the directions getting there were listed wrong as there is a bridge down over the entrance to the property. So you had to come in another way. Also you can’t see the property from that new direction and it looks like a private drive so arriving in the dark was an issue for us.
