This was a fabulous rental! Itâs a great location, very spacious, exceptionally clean, and very nicely furnished and decorated. We will definitely stay there again the next time weâre in Cincinnati!
Visiting our Grandaughter for her 8 th Birthday was a pleasure for the 2 Grandmothers ⊠one from Ca. and one from SC . Our stay at this house was lovely ⊠spacious , comfortable , convenient and so close to restaurants and shops . The Birthday girl stayed with us and loved that we could all be together . Ihope to be able to stay here every time I visit my Cincinnati family . Thank you !
This property was perfection. It was very nicely updated and they had everything you could want to feel at home. New condiments in the fridge, nice bedding and fluffy pillows - they even had toothpicks. I appreciated their attention to detail. I would absolutely stay here again. Iâve stayed in âniceâ properties before, but they always cheap out on something. This property was very comfortable and clean
Great location. Very clean and well appointed with everything you need and more in the bathroom and kitchen. Great communication and help from the owner. Two issues will probably keep us from returning. First, mattresses were very firm memory foam. Way too hard for our tastes. If you like this type of mattress, youâll be very pleased. Second, this is the first floor of a 100 year old house. We could hear floor noises from the people living above, especially their dogs needing to go out early in the morning. Otherwise, an enjoyable stay.
We loved the house and especially the location because we could walk to HP Square for coffee. My son walked to a friends house on Observatory and was able to get his required amount of exercise! The only changes you might make would be to add grab bars in the shower and unstick the front door! Otherwise .- perfect!
Iâve stayed in many VRBO accommodations over the years. This one was one of the very best. The kitchen was stocked with all the things I have in my own at home. The cleanliness of the whole unit was superb. Iâd highly recommend this VRBO and will stay there again for my next visit to Cincinnati.
The owner, Todd, contacted us with keyless entry details prior to our arrival. His home was very clean and truly felt like home when we walked in. We absolutely loved the aesthetics! There were plenty of utensils, dinnerware, glassware, and bakeware for us to prepare our meals for the six nights that we were there. The property is located on the first floor of a two family unit. The location was perfectly close to many of the locations we visited while we were in town, including Union Terminal, Cincinnati Childrenâs Museum, and Fords Garage (excellent food). We would highly recommend staying here, and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Cincinnati.
My mom,83, my daughter in law, 26, and myself stayed at this property. My daughter had her bridal shower at a local restaurant and we came to celebrate her. The host was accommodating
We stayed at the property for parents weekend at Xavier University. It was close to Xavier. It is an older house. It was an ok stay. The beds were super hard. Your feet were dirty after walking in them barefoot and it could have been cleaner. There was no real coffee so we had to go out and buy our own. For what we needed, it was ok.
First, the property. It is clean, well cared for, and exactly as described in the listing. If that fits your needs and the location suits your requirements, this is a fantastic place to stay. Todd makes it easy and is responsive to communication. A five star stay.
We stayed for a long weekend visiting family. It was a nice area, easy to walk our dog around the park, and walk to restaurants and the farmers market. The dining room/living room were spacious and open. Thanks for the nice stay!
Our family of 3 adults stayed here for weekend to visit family. Easy walk to Hyde Park Square and Rookwood Commons mall (coffee shops, restaurants, etc). Street is quiet yet super convenient to I-71/downtown and apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. I look forward to staying here again on next Cincy visit.
Stayed with my mother and sister for a girls getaway. It was nice and quiet, in a nice area. Had fun playing games with the family.
The shower was too difficult for my mom to use, as she doesnât get around like she used to. She couldnât climb over the tub sides and the floor wasnât flat, so when wet, she had the risk of falling. It was fine for my sister and I. The kitchen floor, I know might actually be original, which is very cool, but it was a bit sticky.
The house is great. Itâs very well cared for and has everything you need. Itâs very comfortable and we loved the woodwork and pocket doors and the windows. You can pack half the clothes you need because there is a brand new washer and dryer. It was quite hot outside when we were there and the house has a tremendous central air system if you need it. A very short walk into Hyde Park Square. We walked to the square for dinner and it was nice not having to worry about transportation. We were there for a Xavier graduation and itâs literally a couple of minutes away. Perfectly located. Todd was great too. Very attentive and nice to talk to. Thumbs up all the way around.
