Only 2 towels in the room had to go to front desk to ask for towels & shower mat was in town for a funeral once we returned from the funeral got all the way to the 7th floor & couldn’t get in room had to go get new key front desk guy would not give me a final receipt upon leaving the next morning

Cigarette butts in all planters and on the grounds. Indoor pool not heated in the pool area or pool itself! We had a suite, pull out couch had a Big stain on mattress, dead bugs in light fixtures. We stayed for the pool and couldn’t use it. Very disappointed.

I would not stay here again. While checking in it was clear a group of young adults were having a hotel party and got in trouble the night before. They stood in the lobby threatening to shoot people and the hotel up. The room itself was clean but you could see dirt buildup on the floor in the corners.

There was a lot of noise both nights of my stay with young people slamming doors, screaming and running through the halls. The 2nd night was the worse and went on for 4 hours. I mentioned it to the front desk and he explained they had lots of complaints on several floors but they could do nothing about it. Poor customer service. Horrible experience. Very unsafe in my opinion. No compensation for guests. No plans to return.

Great hotel

The hotel was very nice, very clean, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Though the heater in the pool was broken, I still give this hotel a 5/5 because of the cleanliness. The breakfast was great, and a staff member was constantly cleaning and wiping down the table and putting more food out. I was very impressed.
