Our overall stay was great. The location was a little different but manageable. The house was very nice and we will definitely return if the property is available.
I appreciated: * cleanliness of whole house and it was exactly as advertised* we did quite a bit of walking and felt very safe both inside and outside of the home* proximity to restaurants and the little town of MainstrasseWhat could be improved:* Trim the low hanging branches in the parking area behind the house because they were in our face getting in and out of the car
This house was perfect for our family of five. Everyone who needed their own rooms had one and we loved the jack and jill bathroom upstairs. Spacious and comfortable and great location to Great American Ballpark and other Cincinnati activities!
A group of us 7 friends came for a girls weekend to watch a baseball game and the communication with the host was always available. Check in was smooth and the house was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. Neighborhood was safe and friendly and we ordered Ubers to the city and had a great weekend. We would stay here again.
We had a great stay here. The property was comfortable and close to the convention center, local attractions and restaurants. There were several board games at the home that our kids enjoyed playing with. Communication was very clear and easy with the property managers! Would not hesitate to rebook this place or with them again! Thanks!
Attended Drake White Concert at the Theater Cute town ! The VRBO looked newly renovated and was well equipped Only âcomplaintâ was a funny odor . It wasnât unbearable or anything. Could have just been that itâs an older home
Property renovated top to bottom with modern furnishings, decor, appliances and amenities. The light colored barstools in the kitchen area were beginning to show stains/wear from repeated cleaning. Hosts did a great job with board games, books and items to entertain our family with young children in tow. The steps into the home were a bit tricky to navigate with luggage and a toddler, but the entry areas were open and roomy. Beds were comfortable and clean. The high chair was quite small, but appeared to be brand new as did the travel crib. The kitchen pots and pans were nice quality and plenty of utensils. There aren't many spices/seasonings onsite. Our grandson was missing a yard and outdoor space to play; I thought the pictures online looked like there was a large shared side yard. Parking is available behind the home, the concrete pad (for two cars) and walkways were nicely done which kept the muddy mess away. The alley way is quite narrow so navigating a full-size rental car took some getting use to. There was street parking available right in front of the home. Access to freeways was extremely convenient. There were stores, restaurants and places to socialize within walking distance. There is a power substation across the street, and a cemetery at the south end of the block, so not having windows looking out the front of the home was a good thing. There were good views of downtown Cincinnati when we went for walks.
Spacious and updated. Quiet neighborhood about 15 min drive to Xavier campus.
All the essentials from home like dishes, coffee, cooking utensils, fridge with filtered water and ice, hair dryersâŠ
Do recommend a few more towels and bath mats in master bath though.
My sisters and I stayed here for a catch-up weekend and it was clean, comfortable and cute. We loved watching the chickens in the neighboring backyard!
Property was perfect for our needs (adults visiting aquarium and zoo. Alley leading to driveway is tight for larger vehicles, but we made it work. We would stay again in the future if we were in the area.
This is a beautiful property! Everything was sparkling clean. The neighborhood was quiet.
Loved the location and ease or reaching sites in Cincy, Covington, and Newport.
If you stay here, you MUST walk down to the corner for Bier and Pork Schnitzel at the Wunderbar!
We stayed two nights with our grown kids and spouses/girlfriend. Easy trip to the ball park. Shuttle and bus from Covington were easy and only $1 per person. The house was great for what we needed, itâs as clean as the pictures show. Found some fun bars and restaurants not far from the house. Only challenge was parking two cars in the driveway, it is located off of the alley in the back. If our SUV was any larger, we wouldnât be able to get out. There is street parking as an alternative. Overall though I give it a 5 star.
We had a wonderful stay on Lee Street. Great communication, easy check in. Location is so close to everything! The first night we were a little cold and I couldn't figure out the A/C (nice system, it was just smarter than I am). The next day, I reached out to the hosts and they had lots of blankets and comforters delivered. Talk about great service! We would definitely recommend and we would book again!
