This home is well-located for an easy drive around Cincinnati. We found close parking each night, check in was easy with one minor clarification message, and the space is beautiful and squeaky clean.
We spent 1 month in this darling 3rd floor apartment just a quick walk to downtown Covington and across the river to Cincinnati. The neighborhood was quiet, Elizabeth was an amazing host and there never was an issue with street parking. I would highly recommend this stunning Victorian home for your next vacation. You will never find a better host than Elizabeth.
The property is in the perfect location for doing all the things we needed to do. We were able to walk over to Cincinnati for Reds game. We visited the Air Force Museum, the ark encounter and the creation museum. We took one day to just sort of hang out in the general area. The property is a renovated top floor of a historical home. It is renovated very well with all of the necessary appliances and comfortable spaces. Communication with the property owner was fast and reliable. If we have an opportunity to visit the area again, we would definitely try to stay there again.
My husband and I loved our stay here. The building is over a hundred years old and has been renovated to keep its charm and updated with modern conveniences. The owner was easy to communicate with and check in and out was very easy. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. And the neighborhood was very nice as well. We will definitely stay here again.
The apartment is very comfortable with all the nooks and nuances of an older home. While the stairs might be a challenge for some, the third-floor roost offers quiet, as well as good views of the neighborhood. Downtown is just a few blocks away, and a grocery is within walking distance.
At first I was not sure how our stay was going to go When we arrived the apartment was 88 degrees and a lock box was over the thermostat.
So we called and spoke with Elizabeth She got us the key for the thermostat and told us where the fan was located.
The apartment is set up so cute from the reading nook to the kitchen.
We enjoyed our stay and would like to thank Elizabeth for sharing her lovely home with us
I had an excellent 5-night stay. The property is very easy to access and there is plenty of street parking available. The rental was very clean and comfortable. Iâll be back next time Iâm in Covington.
We had a great time at Elizabethâs apartment. Easy check in and very secure apartment (locked gate and two key pads to separate entrance). No issues finding street parking. Comfy bed, stocked kitchen and bathroom. We were in town for a concert in Cincinnati but we also explored Covington. We felt safe in the neighbourhood and had no issues getting Ubers. We also did a lot of walking. Lots of stairs to get to the third floor but no issues at all for us, just make sure you are aware of this. We were very thankful for A/C as it was very hot when we were there. We would recommend!
The apartment was very cute and felt very relaxing. Just like home. The location was excellent for access to Riverbend and Newport on the Levee. We also went to Molly Malones for dinner and live music (it was also excellent!) I would highly recommend this location and host!
Elizibeth's third floor hideaway is perfect. Delightful, nicely appointed, and spotlessly clean.
We arrived in the dark, so it was a bit tricky to see the entrance but we found our way just fine.
Guests should take account of the stairs--a bit of a challenge schlepping our bags up, but we were well aware because Elizabeth made it very clear in the listing.
I strongly recommend this spot. It was perfect for our stay in Covington/Cincinnati! Thank you, Elizabeth.
The property was very clean and cute, just as pictured. Nice location for exploring the Ark and Cincinnati area. Thanks for a nice home away from home for a long weekend!
The pictures online show the back of the house vs the front, which made it a little hard to find ..especially in the dark when we couldnât see the house number. Otherwise, we enjoyed the quaint attic apartment. It had everything we needed for our weekend in Covington.
My girlfriend and i both fell in love with the property, and the owner is so kind!! We made sure to text her morning we left with any laundry we had and she responded stating she hoped we had a blast at our concert and wished us a safe drive home. 10/10 would stay again!
We were on the 3rd floor. Temperature was very comfortable. The place was nicely decorated and very clean. We enjoyed sitting out back in a beautifully landscaped yard.
Unique area, amazingly central to both the areas in Covington and in Cincinatti that we wanted to visit. We were able to do all we wanted: Reds game, multiple museums including the Freedom Center, lots of dining, all within walking distance or short drives.
