When we arrived, there was a terrible smell. No breakfast as stated. When we arrived on our original floor, there was a very strong smell of marijuna, extremely loud, kids running everywhere unsupervised. My husband complained and the worker stated he did not smell anything however other visitors said the same thing. It was already 10:00 PM and with 2 babies, we agreed to move to another floor that originally did not have the odor however within hours, it did as well. The stairways reaked. Will never stay again.

Some of the property was beautiful and well taken care of. Other parts were not as well maintained. Our room, was a non-smoking room, but smelled of stale smoke. Our shower was scary, and there was a hole in the bathroom wall by the door. May people lived in the hotel which was a huge surprise.

Misleading Photos, Overpowering Odors, Outdated

The hotel is in an area that looked like an industrial area right off the highway, not much around. The hallways and rooms just smelled HORRIBLE of cigarette smoke and odors i don’t know what it was. Musty even you could say. Not just the hallways but the room too. I woke up with a headache from the smell. The room itself was outdated too. This hotel also does not look like the pictures they show on the listing on the site in my opinion, don’t fall for it. I even got a message from the property that said “Please note that images might not reflect the current guest experience.” Overall, I don’t recommend this place.

Great place to stay but needs bathroom upgrades

The staff was friendly and very helpful, especially Whitney. A lot of the facility appears updated but not the bathrooms in the rooms we had. It's conveniently located and easy to get around in, but be aware the Iobby is in a different building than the rooms.

Great hotel, great staff, great stay

This was the cleanest hotel I've stayed at in awhile. The entire staff was so nice and helpful. They even accommodated an early check in and check out so my kids could enjoy the Pool more. I highly suggest staying here. I would add more pictures, but i realized my family was in them. But it's exactly like the website.

Overall the stay was good. Check in was slow, no one at the desk for about 30 minutes, then they could not find my reservation. There is a weird smell in the hallway on first floor. The hot tub was out of order. Also there is no hot breakfast as advertised, they gave us frozen jimmy dean sandwiches we could microwave. But overall room was nice, spacious, clean. The kids loved the pool and the basketball court.

We stayed for a weekend with our dogs. Upon checking they wanted to charge us for our dogs which is fine but their cc system kept flagging our cc as denied, even though they were fine. We were about to have to find somewhere else to stay and luckily they took cash. Room was okay- hot water was bare to none and flowed like a dam had been opened. Other than that everything was good and comfortable.
