The space at this property was good. It fit the needs of our larger group. The problem with this place is the listing photos were from multiple years ago and the property does not look like this now. There were multiple broken items including furniture, towel bars, soap dispensers, etc. Some of the rugs, towels, and blankets were stained. The bedding appeared to be clean and the unit had been professionally cleaned. It wasn't horrible but a lot of things were in disrepair. The biggest issue was the condition of the walls. This house has clearly had no paint or drywall work in many years. Every wall, door and trim had significant damage and more then just wear and tear. The pictures look pristine - the actual condition is far from that. The over all disrepair of the walls gave the property a lack of cleanliness overall. I trust that VRBO will have accurate pictures and this was not the case. The management company had good canned responses to the problems I reported and ultimately gave us a 10% refund but I found that to be very little for the condition of the home. I don't know how people from the last 6 months have given this property a 10/10. The 6/10 review from a year ago is accurate and shows these issues have not been address for a long time. I thought that review was a one off - nope the 10/10 reviews were the one offs. We stay at many VRBO listings and prefer it-this is the first issue we have had. I would not stay here until they have fixed the issues.
