While this place could be quite lovely, there were several challenges, not least of which was a garage that smelled of garbage. Even after calling, the overflowing trash bin was not dealt with by the manager.
There were many burned out lightbulbs, and odd switches to nothing with no instructions or spare bulbs.
The fridge needed both a new water and ice filter (warning lights were on, and given how dangerous dirty water can be, we bought bottled instead!).
No sponge and no dish towels in the kitchen made it frustrating to use the space for cooking.
There is a lovely patio, but we had to climb up on a stool to plug in a powerline to a hidden switch. SOme instructions and a little care would have been very nice. Luckily we were able to reach the plug. To use the gas firepit, we had to enlarge photos of a small plaque with instructions.
The beds were hard and uncomfortable, but clean. There were fans on in the bathrooms that couldn't be shut.
Blackout curtains would have made the nights easier as there was a lot of light washing in from outdoors.
There was NO helpful information on Cincinnati.
We had our dog, and only stubbled onto a dogpark our last morning! Very frustrating!
We had an okay stay, but I would NOT RECOMMEND this place or the management team. Instead of trying to sell us bottles of wine and snacks, please take better care of your property!
