For the most part my husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was perfect since it was very close to the consulate. We were able to walk to other nearby businesses as well. There were a few inconveniences in regards to our room not having hot water throughout the day- it would come and go which was very inconvenient when we wanted to shower in the morning. We liked the option for breakfast however a variety would have been nice, as breakfast stayed the same everyday for the most part and was okay. We did really enjoy the housekeeper services. Specifically from the second floor, was very kind and did a wonderful job with restocking and cleaning our room. It made our stay more comfortable. All in all our way stay was well especially since it was so close to the consulate.

They have a limit on the number of people allowed for breakfast; each extra person costs three hundred pesos. You need a breakfast pass, you have to go downstairs to get an iron and ironing board, then return them to the lobby, and the staff there weren't friendly, even making fun of us. Very bad service.We need to change the hotel to Holiday inn
