Description: Brand new noble apartment with wonderful terrace, built with Teak wood, where we can admire not only the wonderful seafront but also the ''Civitanova Lighthouse'', one of the most iconic architectural works of the Marche municipality. The terrace is complete with table, chairs and deckchairs where you can spend unique moments in total relaxation. At the entrance there is a large living room completely renovated with resin flooring, finely furnished with a glass table where you can eat, sofa and TV. New open space kitchen with induction hob, oven and dishwasher. After passing the kitchen we access the sleeping area where we find the master bedroom with double bed, TV and private access to the terrace. Continuing we have a modern bathroom with an elegant design, suspended sanitary ware and glass shower cubicle.
