A very cute hotel located on the first floor of a multipurpose building. The staff were warm and friendly and the room was clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again.

Spent one night before a cruise. Location is ideal, halfway ftom the train station to the cruise port. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Hotel is basic, but clean with friendly staff.

Cute little place but the entrance is a little confusing. A bit more direction regarding how to get to the hotel itself would be useful for future visitors. Should note it is a doorway in what appears to be a residential building, and the floor to look for the doorway on. The outside just has a sign for the hotel with no suite or floor.

Disappointed

Unfortunately, the accommodation was not what we expected especially from reading the previous reviews, claiming excellent offerings. We expected more - showers are tiny, bathrooms were dirty, our sink had hundreds of cracks, the mattress were extremely hard, not to our taste. At night the outside light made it difficult to sleep as it lit up the whole room as if you had a side light on. I suppose this is all a personal perception.. But we will not be staying here again ..

Staff was wonderful and very friendly. The location was fantastic for catching the shuttle to the cruise port. Nice, new bathrooms, but the walls in the sleeping areas could use a refresh. Would definitely stay here again for a future cruise from Rome!

Clean and convenient. Staff were nice and location great. Concern: check-in time is not to get into room, but to do administrative tasks. We had to wait in lobby with all our luggage for another hour after check in to get a room.

If you're going on a cruises and come in a day early this is a perfect place to stay. Close to the port, easy transfer, lots of dining and shopping options. All walkable. Great value.

We transferred from Rome the day before our cruise. The room was comfortable. The ladies at the desk were extremely helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was delicious. The front desk arranged our transportation to the port. At the time is our visit, the cost was 10 euro per person.

We really wanted to enjoy this space but upon arrival we were not given the room requested, our lights and A/C didn’t work. The reception was helpful and the issue was resolved quick quickly but we were told there were no other rooms available. Okay…we can live with that. After settling in we went for a lovely dinner only to return to 3-4 teenagers loitering at our entrance, blocking us from entering and using profanity and vulgar language towards us. Once mention of chatting with officers around the corner they left. We waited still for about 10 minutes to ensure they were not around when we entered the door code. It did not feel safe or comforting as there is no staff on site past a certain time. We were to stay again but have since canceled the stay, no money is being refunded…unfortunate but says a lot about us not wanting to stay.

Pre cruise delight

We stayed here the night before boarding the msc divina for a cruise. Found Elisa, the best of Hosts, that was brilliant in contact and information and even sorted us out a transfer to the ship the following morning. Room was stunning and even got a free breakfast. Cant recommend the 7bells enough and highly recommended
