The staff was very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. Also enjoyed the restaurant on site. The AC did not work as well as we would have liked but there was a nice breeze when opening the windows. Overall, very good and a great place to rest before catching our cruise.

Staff totally ignored my numerous polite requests for a taxi to the cruise terminal. When checking in I had to wait three hours past check in time to check in. And, the two ladies at the desk didn’t even bother to put me on a wait list for a room to be ready. And, even though I waited the three hours in the lobby right in front of the ladies at the front desk — they still didn’t tell me when my room was ready. I had to keep asking them and they could not have been more RUDE and Dismissive. STOP using this hotel. I ended up walking the almost two kilometres to the cruise ship terminal. RUINED MY WEEEK. Those ladies need to apologize or be fired! The hotel is too close to the cruise ship terminal for taxis to bother to pick you up and it is too far to walk in the heat — as I had to do. NEVER EVER AGAIN.
