Gîte Déodatus in Cladech – House with Garden, Saltwater Pool, and Air Conditioning
Nestled in the heart of the Périgord Noir in Cladech, the holiday home Gîte Déodatus welcomes you for a warm and revitalizing stay with family or friends. With a surface area of 75 m², it features a cosy living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), a fully equipped modern kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom, and separate toilets, accommodating up to six people.
For your comfort, the gîte offers high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace (ideal for remote work), a television, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, a dryer, as well as games and books for children. A baby bed and a high chair are also provided.
Outside, you can enjoy a true haven of peace with a private garden, three sunny terraces, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower, perfect for making the most of beautiful days. You will also have access to a secure saltwater pool (shared, open from May to September) equipped with an electric cover and an outdoor shower.
The location is ideal for discovering the treasures of the Périgord: just 10 km from Beynac, 7 km from Castelnaud-la-Chapelle, 4 km from the Château des Milandes, and 8 km from the Marqueyssac gardens.
A private parking area for up to four vehicles is available. Your four-legged companions are welcome (maximum two). On site, you can also meet Tango, an adorable Golden Retriever belonging to the owners.
