They have did a really good job of fixing up the cabin for guest to stay in. Not your typical type of quarters to stay in. If your looking for a unique stay this would be it.
We want something between Boulder & Helena. This was perfect. Cute cabin. Everything you could need. Towels, Iron board & Iron, coffee makers, hot water maker, Ice Cube tray in the freeze, BBQ out-front. I loved the living room. Cute small table in the kitchen. Got night light in different places in the cabin to help you find your way in the dark. I would love to stay there again.
We relaxed here for a couple nights, taking time out from a trek along the Lewis & Clark trail. The cabin provided everything we needed and made it very easy to relax.
Definitely a piece of history! I personally struggled with size of the bathroom. I am 5 10 and had to kneel to see in the mirror. Tiniest shower ever but adequate.
Kitchen was very complete.
Clancy was one of our stops on our way to Canada. When I picked this location, I absolutely loved what I seen now that I have stayed there. I canât wait to go back. You will absolutely enjoy the deer that feeds around this cabin and acts like they are your pet, my husband and I would sit out on their bedroom deck and the deer would just walk up eat lay down and not even move. It was great so peaceful.
Cabin was amazing very well organized and very quaint; highly recommend staying at this place.
Unfortunately there was mouse poop in multiple areas of the cabin and a lot of dead bugs on the floor along the edges of the walls that looked like they haven't been cleaned up in a while. There was also what appeared to be beard trimmings? all around the bathroom sink/counter. The overall size is decent. Fridge was clean. The shower is small. I only stayed one night but I left early in the morning because I was slightly grossed out. Communication prior to arriving was good.
If your looking for a little bit rustic but still has the necessary amenities, this is it. Tucked against this hill I could barely hear the traffic. Owner was wonderful when there were a couple of hiccups....no one expected -9 Degrees!
Highly Recommended
Quint cabin a few minutes south of the town of Clancy, MT. Amenities in the cabin were a nice touch. Loved the decor inside the cabin. If you are a fan of the old west and cowboy lifestyle, you'll love this place. My heeler loved watching the herd of mule deer around the property, especially the buck that hung out under the bedroom deck. The cabin was less than 15 minutes to Helena and had access within minutes to national forest for outdoor activities. A very enjoyable week in the area.
The cabin was perfect for myself and my wife. Bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was small but entirely workable. It was in close proximity to Helena and various State and National parks. Extremely comfortable and cozy. Perfect for a couple or a small family.
This little cabin was an amazing place to stay. Very rustic, yet up to date with everything needed for a wonderful stay.
We loved it from the moment we walked in. The details they put in were perfect and lovely. The hosts were awesome as well. Will stay there again if in the area.
Too many steps for me. Getting out of the teeny tiny shower was difficult and there were two steps down. Needed a grab bar. My granddaughter had difficulty holding on to her two year old and walking down the steps. He had slivers in his hands from the raw wood on the the doorway trim and the steps out of the kitchen. He held on to the trim to walk down the steps and crawled up the steps and got slivers from the raw wood on steps. The outside chairs were a couple of old metal folding chairs or you could use old captains chairs. There was only pea gravel ⊠no grass. We didnât realize the remodeled shepherds wagon did not connect to the house so whoever slept there had to go outside, walk down stairs to use the bathroom. Not convenient. Kitchen was nicely remodeled and all was clean. Hosts were very nice and accommodating. Cabin just needs some work. We wanted for nothing. Kitchen was fully equipped as was the bathroom with all the extras we could need. Very thoughtful.
This place definitely had the feel good rustic vibe. It truly was cozy, peaceful and so beautiful. We are hoping to be able to come back in the near future! Highly recommend staying here!
This Montana cabin was the perfect addition to our first trip to Montana. Iâd say it made our trip more memorable and meaningful. I will definitely recommend this to family and friends that travel to Montana in the future and we will be back next summer.
