We booked this unit for a short weekend stay and chose it specifically because it advertised A/C. When we arrived, the unit was 78F and only got hotter. Despite multiple messages to Vacasa starting the evening we checked in, the issue was never resolved and the temperature never dropped below 78F for the entirety of our stay.We heard from Vacasa that their local team had been notified, but no one ever came. The airflow was so minimal it was impossible to sleep comfortably. A basic amenity that was a key reason we booked this property was non-functional, and we received no in-person support. For the price we paid (nearly 900 for two nights), this was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.This unit might be fine during cooler seasons, but I would not recommend booking it in summer or relying on Vacasa’s support if something goes wrong. We’ve requested a refund and hope Vacasa takes this feedback seriously, because guests deserve to feel comfortable in the space they paid for.

Lack of Communication and Poor Heat

When we arrived our unit was 60 degrees and the HVAC system was not heating. We turned up the thermostat, but after an hour, the temp didn't go up in the unit. We called and were told a local person would call us back. Two hours later (9:00 PM) I received a message stating that they couldn't make it out tonight. We found the breaker panel and reset the breakers listed for the HVAC system and got the heat to work. The listing stated that 2 parking spaces were included with our unit. There were no parking spaces available both nights we were there. After receiving a "Courtesy Ticket" the first night, I called the second night to ask where we were supposed to park. I was told there was a parking lot down the street between our lodge and the main lodge, there was not. There were at least 5 or 6 lights that were either burnt out of didn't work. We will never us Vacasa again.

We had a fabulous time, this was our first time to suncadia and we loved it! The condo was clean upon arrival with easy check in instructions (we even got an early checkin of 12 pm). It was located right next to an awesome sledding hill, ice skating and the pool! We will definitely be back!

Great stay!

This is a spacious and comfortable place. The location was great, walkable path to the views from The Lodge. Plenty of room for all we needed, and nice TV options, good Wi-Fi. They had a nice Welcome bag and plenty of towels and other essentials. Fireplace was a nice touch. We would definitely stay again.

Great condo

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was clean and convenient for a wedding we attended in Cle Elum. As others mentioned, the condo is located on the first floor so it can be somewhat noisy but we enjoyed the location because it was close to the entrance and pool.

The property was very peaceful and relaxing! At times it felt like we were the only ones in the complex! The complex was very clean and inviting! The amenities were good and convenient! Would like to see more information on what available activities to do throughout Suncadia Resort! A downfall was the spa didn’t work and the gate combos to get in the swimming pool werent working either! Wish the cleaning crews would spend a little more time being thorough with cleaning the unit! Had to tidy up the unit when we first got there because there was still Some cleaning that needed to be completed! In all it was a great time and will look forward to doing it again!

Good location

The rental was in a good location . Close to the lodge and easy to find. The place was spacious. Bunk beds next to living room. Bring your own cooking stuff . Otherwise spices were available and we had everything we needed.

The condo was not cleaned. There was a dirty sock on the floor, crumbs all over the floor, poop in the toilet and black hairs on the sheets. Contacted vacasa about it and they did nothing.

Annual Anniversary

Pleasant space and location with a veranda bordering the golf course. It was well equipped except no oven mitts and only one trivet. The toilet in the master suite was running when we arrived. The handle remained down unless manually lifted up. Otherwise very nice getaway.

Location to main lodge was good. We were not informed of the construction next door. Pool and hot tub unheated and dirty. Disappointed as were wanting hot tub after the 1/2 marathon run.

Nice Condo, not the best

Nice condo with all you need. Nice beds and space. Comfortable. Balcony on first floor faces the parking lot. Construction of condos next door starts at 7:45am and it’s loud. No umbrellas at the pool makes it difficult to stay out there with no shade. Management was quick to respond with any issues and very pleasant. East walk to Suncadia resort and spa. Lovely walking and biking paths all around. Would look for something else next time but this location worked for us this time.

Pool not heated as advertised.

Check in smooth,condo pretty clean,although only 3 dishwasher pods & 2 washing machine pods provided. No extra garbage bags(just original 1 in kitchen garbage) and after multiple texts with host to get more garbage bags, we just had to go buy a box at the store. Condo is in a great location. We chose it because of location and the amenities including a heated communal pool for the complex. The pool was freeezing! Kids could barely stand it and myself nor other adults ever went in. Furthermore, I did not use the hot tub because it was always over run with kids who didn’t want to be cold in the pool. Messages with the host were not helpful. First they told me I needed to give 72 hours notice for it to be heated (this is a communal pool and that was never told to me prior), then they told me it’s not heated, but it is clearly listed in the listing that it’s heated. Also be aware there’s an addition being added on to the complex, so heavy construction noise and cursing by workers can be enjoyed by the pool and outside yard area. So far my complaints to the hosts have simply read “we are sorry the home did not meet your expectations “, so I’m stuck leaving a poor review.
