Book this home with two adults and a dozen teenagers.The house is awesome! Exactly as advertised. There’s plenty of room and we had everything we needed.Here are the complaints:We found the check-in process to be laborious and took over an hour and a half to complete with the bugs that we had to negotiatePull us throughout the house are fat and foamy, very difficult to sleep neck wiseSeveral of the showers water pressure was abysmal and took over a minute to warm up.We ran through the one roll of paper towel towels we were given on the first day.The hot tub did not heat up, and was never mentioned on the listing that it was in the price you needed to be paid to heat the pool.The amenities at the waterpark and miniature golf were as advertised.Probably the biggest complaint that I have about this place is that no one ever told us that there are no pool towels at the property so we had to go back and use our bath towels!There were ants and a couple of other bugs present in the kitchen which was at the least off-putting.Communication was not as effective as it could be because no one was available to answer a telephone, it was all done by email and that’s what caused a good deal of the time not being able to enter the premises.
