The apartment was wonderful and very reasonably priced. The beds were comfortable. We could not get the TV to work. That was a bit disappointing. We had some trouble getting into the apartment with the codes. The people told us we would get a code 24 hours in advance and they never gave it to me. I had to contact them to get it.

Few details
I would like to start by expressing my appreciation for the prompt responses I received every time I had a question or concern regarding my reservation. However, I would like to address a few issues we encountered during our stay. Your amenities list states that we would be provided with shampoo and towels. Unfortunately, we did not receive any shampoo, and although we had towels, there were only two provided for three adults. Additionally, the washcloths appeared to be dirty. When we prepared to get into bed, we noticed that the sheets looked unclean, and there was a small pebble in the bed. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but overall looked good .With all that said, I would like to add that we did enjoy the apartment overall.

When I arrive room I notice ranger stove still dirty and bit dirty sheet I feeling cold not enough warm up 4 all blub light is out and window still dirty
Thought we were way closer to the stadium. Could have taken bus. Or Uber. But walked. Some areas okay. Some areas. Not. Like no places to quickly grab food or to grab groceries.

The experience overall was fine. The fact of not having adequate blankets for use was the issue. Furthermore. There was only a single drinking glass for water consumption. These two issues need to be rectified
Was charged for nights 2 extra I wasn’t there on top of another security deposit fee that was supposed to be “holding” because refused to give me access without it. Now I have to dispute with my bank along with the extra two nights I had to leave for a funeral. They don’t care about emergencies and are unwilling to accommodate. Set the temperature to 66degrees so when you walk in it’s freezing. There was no extra blanket and the bed was so hard that with my one night stay I couldn’t walk the next morning. I had to lay on the ground for 30 mins. They had no shampoo/conditioner in the newly “cleaned bathroom” with the dispenser. The communication is with one girl always the same one, by phone who seems to not care about anything other than making your time there difficult, from gaining access to requesting changes from asking for a manager that doesn’t exist. Worst trip I’ve ever booked.

Ehhh.
Beautiful facility and secured wonderfully. Extra charges not described on Hotels.com. Communication is horrible. Hard to get it. Email arrived 2 hours late. Beds and couch leave some to be desired. Pillows are horrible. Lamp flickers.
Disappointing experience overall- arrived at building to enter and entry code wasn’t in any of the confirmation texts or emails. Received a call while I was reaching out to Orbitz from property manager who demanded an additional $250 deposit ( which has not been returned) which I had to provide while standing on street while a homeless guy milled around me. Got into unit which was huge but in need of some repairs. There were two dead bugs on the bed and floor, a splatter of something on the stairs and a bathroom floor that needed to be swept. Sent pictures to management who responded claiming it had been cleaned vs trying to do anything to address issues. Bedroom is downstairs with two windows at street level without darkening blinds so room is full of light and street noise-challenging to sleep. Didn’t seen any mice but did see several traps in corridors.

They have no staff so they provide you with a parking gate code that did not work. There was a person in front of us and she was not able to access. We tried the code about 10 times and couldn’t access. I tried telephoneing the customer service number but no one answered. I text them and told them what happened and that I want a refund. I had a function I needed to attend and dress for so I had to book at another property through you. It ended up costing me more and I was late for my appointment.

Complicated to book and enter the property.
I had to download an app which didn't work and then call a helpline 3 times before someone answered. But decent location near food and shopping. Could have been cleaned better upon our arrival. No soap or toiletries in the bathrooms.
