Les points forts : Propreté, arrivée, communication
The property was very clean. The host was responsive. Check-in was at 3:00. We were there a little after 3 but had to wait an hour and a half to actually get into our room. There is a noise issue at this location. Because it is close to a Trauma One hospital, there were constant sirens pretty much day and night...Friday night being the worse. Not sure if the windows were closed tightly or what but it felt like they were coming directly through the room. There also doesn't seem to be any type of noise control as we could constantly hear others yelling at their kids, dog, spouse at all hours to get in their room...go to sleep. Because of the noise issues, watching the TV was challenging to hear even at night. The windows are very high up, hence why we couldn't see if they were closed fully. You can see the sky and there is plenty of light, but they were not viewable to really look outside. This made the place feel institutional.Because we were there on a holiday weekend, there seemed to be no maintenance available to take of even minor yet very annoying issues. The beds are definitely small. The listing doesn't say the size so that should have been a clue. The mattress didn't even fit the bedframe...as the mattress was smaller. Also because the mattress didn't have much thickness, pillows kept going through the gap in between the mattress and the headboard. For the first time ever, we considered leaving early, but because of family obligations did not.
