The main reason for booking this hotel was for my kids to swim. The website didn’t indicate the pool was closed, telephone number was wrong so I couldn’t confirm and I was not told this at check-in. Don’t stay the night but still charged full price. Refund request was not responded to.

The key machine was out of order and our rooms were moved twice just get working keys. Terrible runaround. Awful shuttle ordeal. Had to leave 1 hour earlier and get up at 3:15 am to make a shuttle. Ridiculous. No staff working restaurant and all we wanted was a quiet night in after traveling in an ice storm. Between the key and restaurant fiasco, we didn’t get to bed until 9pm when arrived at 6. Just terrible.

The day we were headed to the hotel we called to see if the room had a refrig so we could bring snacks since it was not listed as an amenity. We were told no. When we got to our room there was a refrig but we hadn't brought the cheese and crackers we had planned for a snack. We were told by the deck "Oh we have a bunch of new people!" We also pd in advance for the breakfast buffet. Next morning we went down to the restaurant and there was no buffet. Our two choices were an Omlete and potatoes or eggs and bacon and potatoes. Though the food and service was good it was not as advertised. We were told it was because the hotel was booked under capacity. The room was nice, comfortable and clean. Though we did wonder the choice of the soap and shampoo bottle holders being centered right in the middle of the shower wall. So you have to stand far away from the showerhead and try and direct the water on you to shower. Or you have to stand right up against the wall the showerhead is on otherwise is you are bumping into the bottles on the wall. Oh and there was the elevators. Out of 3 only one worked and moaned and groaned the entire ride. Since we were on the 5th floor and elder we didn't have a choice but to use it. We laughed and prayed when we did. Also we paid fon

My room has a huge dirty spot on the curtain. Coffee pot is dirty. People at the front desk seem to be snobby. O and the elevator smells like burnt rubber and sounds horrible. It’s pretty sketchy. I definitely won’t be coming back here.

Room was nice except tub did not drain well. By the time we were finished showering tub was half full of water and took a long time to drain. Soap and shampoo dispensers were either empty or just not working. We told front desk but the person didn't even take note of what I had told him.
