SHOCKING INVASION OF PRIVACY! Night Manager burst into our room at 1:20am and scared my wife and I out of sleep. She claimed it was a "wellness check" but we don't believe that. After this, we didn't feel safe so we left and drove home. Our trip was ruined.

Hanzala was great, professional and offered us a room upgrade as soon as he saw we had our older sons with us. Very good service and the vallet parking is a great service since other parking costs just as much and are in " we are not responsible for anything". Good location too, would recommend this hotel.

We would stay here again. Breakfast was a little chaotic due to the size of the room, but was good. Our room was nice and clean. The heating ticks each time it kicks on, but it wasn't awful.
