Stayed overnight for a tournament at the Convention Center. The Hampton Inn has a convenient location, and the staff were very friendly. Lobby, hallways and room were very clean. Included breakfast was great, a rare find!

There were some small spots of blood on the bottom sheet on one of the beds that corresponded to the top sheet as well. This was very concerning to me. I did report it to the front desk. Also the plug outlets are impossible to use. So i will not be staying at any of your facilities in the future.

Got there and checked in, went up to the room to find a king bed. I booked two queens. Staff member was snarky and informed me once i went back down that since i booked via Expedia and not directly through Hampton that they will not hold the preferred room and i would get whatever they had. They did not inform me of this policy during check in, as i would have went elsewhere. No self parking on site, and valet was rediculously pricey. Room was cold and would not get warm despite turning the heat up multiple times.
