I've property close to the airport, Did not look well-used like most hotels near the airport- that's a plus. Wish the breakfast had more fruits otherwise not too bad a selection

Check in and check out was super fast and staff were polite. We enjoyed breakfast the following morning and thought it was a lot nicer than most other hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Location was also great, we went to the Sleep Token show at Rocket Arena and it was only a quick 15 minute drive and away from the noise of the city. We’d definitely stay here again!

The rooms themselves are clean, but the hallways and the elevator were quite dirty. Stains on the carpets and sticky stuff on elevator corners. Pool was closed without an explanation. Pool was one of the min reasons for booking the hotel.

A little loud for my liking.

When choosing where to stay, I asked to see rooms at a few of the surrounding properties before committing. The lower priced ones were definitely lower for a reason. This property I still think was a bit higher priced than it should have been however there were many amenities that they offered that I did not use so I guess I understand the price. My only complaint about the property was that I could hear plenty of other patrons. Some having “fun” in their room. Lots walking and talking in the hallway throughout the night.

The property was in need of some remodeling and replacement of plumbing and other necessary elements. Our bath room sink could not drain one morning because the stopper could not be moved from the closed position. It was fixed promptly. The heater ran either hot or closer and one day I could not turn it off.

I was so impressed with all the staff. They went above and beyond for our family. Even dealing with some breakdowns they were patient, listened and took quick action to make sure guests were cared for. The breakfast was also great - better than other hotels I have stayed in. All around impressed with this property. It’s no wonder their reviews are so good.
