booked this hotel because of the pool because was with granddaughter, pool was closed. staff told us to call a sister hotel that would transfer in front of granddaughter. sister hotel wouldn't transfer, very disappointed granddaughter

Independence Ohio Hampton Inn.

The location was perfect for us. The staff was great, the breakfast was great. The beds were disappointing - they sagged and - with my wife's and my arthritis - our backs were aggravated. They also didn't clean the room and they could use a ventilation in the bathroom.
