Great Stay under tough circumstances.

The Hotel staff was great and I had no problems with anything. The house Keeping did a great job and the room was great. I needed to leave a day early as my wife was released from Cleveland Clinic after surgery early. All went well.

The breakfast attendee Carol was fabulous. The room fridge froze everything, so not so good. Also the blackout curtains dont work I couldn't get the room dark enough to sleep well.

The hotel is not the hotel pictured from the exterior, this is a 3 story hotel. It is clean but dated. Excellent staff. Nothing in walking distance except more hotels but it is better than staying in Cleveland!! Easy uber ride to downtown but not cheap while events are happening - averaged to about $30/ride. Breakfast was ok - average hotel food. Some warm items and always had coffee, tea and hot chocolate available in lobby. Very limited seating so we ate in room. Overall not a bad place to stay if you want to avoid busy area and have a free large parking area!!
