Hotel is located in a good location to where I needed to be. Parking was convenient and room was clean. Only issue is my sink wasn’t draining. The staff menber was friendly and switched my room right across where I was. In the new room, washroom faucet was very slow and toilet had issues flushing. Didn’t escalate as I was tired from my trip plus already know there was no maintenance in house to resolve. Maybe have a plumber move around vacant rooms to do regular check ups. Decent stay though so thanks.

We actually left a day early because we got there the hot tub was broke the second day the pool and hot tub were down my wife tried asking about it and both ladies were ignoring her.and just laughing. Now i have a autistic son and it seemed as if they were laughing at him. So i went to talk with them both at the counter and they were being very rude so I let them know i would be contacting corporate, which inturn they said I don't care and started laughing again.
