Room was not clean staff was very rude and she claimed to be the manager. I was charged for the room on the 9th but didn't stay until the 13th.I was to pay at the property not weeks prior to the stay

The room was not cleaned, the room in the pictures was not what I got. The room in the pictures were clean, taken care of. The room I got was dirty, stains on the bedding. Hot tub was disgusting, toilet was broken, caution tape outside the door of our room. We did not stay more than an hour in that room. I will never book here again.
