Gross bedding

Bed sheets were stained on all layers. The attendant gave us clean sheets. Bed was torn on corners, carpet needed vacuuming.

The staff was so friendly. They had just finished renovating the bathrooms. Our suite had 2 bathrooms which was so convenient with our kids. The breakfast has a really good selection so we all found something we wanted.

Great staff but facilities could use some work.

First off, the staff here is great! Very friendly and helpful. There were some issues which were immediately addressed by staff, which is great ... but, there were issues regardless. The vending machine off of the lobby is either very popular or poorly stocked by the vending company. It also shorted me change (Which hotel staff made right I should mention). Oddly, even though my key card worked initially, it failed to respond when I was returning to my room after dinner. The door to my room seemed a bit warped and was difficult to close as well. This building is definitely showing its age.

Amazing service but needs an update

The best service we have received in a long time. This was very nice. Unfortunately the bed should have bern replaced years ago since it was unsleepable. The rooms were clean but burn marks, a fire alarm covered in plastic and damage to the walls and trim was concerning. I would stay here again for the service and after they renovated.

I made a last minute reservation for a different property but immediately rebooked and stayed again at South Ridge after experiencing bad customer service at the other hotel. I will continue to book here whenever we are in the area. You're around many food options, you are within 10 minutes from the airport and you'll have amazing customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

The hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating. We were asked if there was anything we needed every time we walked out of room. I would strongly suggest staying here, i actually just booked it again for a last minute trip.

The staff was very friendly & helpful!! The beds & pillows were very comfortable. It was very quiet & felt very safe. We understand the hotel is undergoing renovation, which is good. The rooms have areas in need of repair, though some items have clearly been updated. The breakfast provided apples, bananas, a pancake machine & toaster, muffins, bagels, English muffins, bread, cold cereals, instant oatmeal packages, juices, milk, coffee & hot tea. Excellent price & served our purpose of overnight accommodations well.
