Very clean room! Location nice. Staff are extremely kind. I traveled during the storm. Bc of delayed flight, the staff helped me to do a late check in. They also helped me to store my luggage. I felt cared a lot by the staff.

The room was clean, except I’m not sure if I had fresh sheets, it could have been a stain though. Great location across from Cleveland Clinic’s Beachwood Campus. They kept the parking lot and sidewalks salted and cleared during the snowstorm. Breakfast was nice, but I wish they would add hot oatmeal. I would stay again.
