Three were break-ins to three cars in the garage. One owned by my client (in valet) who made me aware of this after I checked in and had self parked. The hotel staff was not overly concerned. After some consideration and the fact the my car is not yet 6 months old I switched hotels. I had prepaid and had no recourse. I have stayed at the Westin in downtown Cleveland before - a fact I had forgotten but when I walked in I recalled that I was unimpressed the first time. I won’t stay there again.

The fridge was frozen over so nothing would stay cold, the ice bucket was left over with dirty water in the bag, the floor had crumbs all over it. There was hair in the bathroom. And dirty mirrors. The exhaust didn’t work in the bathroom nor the ac. VERY Disappointed in the stay especially for the location.

The hotel was very nice but room service didn’t come back if you weren’t ready for them when they first knock. Good food and great breakfast staff at the restaurant but dinner/happy hour service was terrible. If the hotel has more guests than usual due to events they should plan accordingly for staff and hours.
