This was a great location- right by the beach- the house was super clean and well stocked. The backyard was a huge plus and our family enjoyed playing corn hole and relaxing out back.

My wedding party stayed here during wedding weekend and had a fantastic time! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and the backyard was the perfect spot to relax. I highly recommend this home and hope to stay here again!

This is an absolutely beautiful property with a perfect backyard and convenient private beach across the street. Everything you could ever need was provided. We spent a long weekend here with our children for my dad's 70th birthday and it did not disappoint! Highly recommend booking if you are looking for a quiet and comfortable getaway at a beautifully modern home with plenty of room for a large family.

Nicely decorated home with all promised amenities. Our Host was very thoughtful and provided a welcoming gift of Prosecco in each kitchen. Only concerns were the driveway is tight for large SUVs and the WiFi/Internet signal strength was a little weak. Overall a great vacation home.

Fabulous beach cottage!

We didn’t spend much time at the property as we were in town for a graduation but it was perfect! Homey feeling and great kitchen to prepare some food. Beds were comfy and everything was spotless. Short walk to the shore. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful home by the beach

This rental is so unique with the 2 sides, and was absolutely perfect for our wedding weekend. We had the groom’s friends staying on one side, and my friends staying on the other side. The two sides are connected through the sunroom and the backyard space is great which made bringing the whole group together so easy. The setup was also perfect for me to get ready on my own separate side the day of the wedding so that my now husband wouldn’t see me. The decor and cleanliness of the house were also perfect. We had some warm weather and were able to enjoy the beach right across the street multiple times during our stay. I would love to come back here next time we’re looking for a space for a large group. Everyone commented on how nice the house was. Thanks so much Liz for hosting us!

A slice of heaven on Clinton beach.

This served as home base for a family vacation on Clinton beach. Liz is a gem - super helpful and responsive. Her home is as described. Tastefully furnished and very welcoming. The community spaces are excellent for bringing the family together. This is a great rental if you have a big family.

Nice house near Hammo

We were primarily in search of a house that could accomodate a multi-generational family near Hammonassett beach, and this house did that admirably. The sun room was a great spot to hang out in. The bedrooms and living spaces were impeccable, and the backyard offered tranquil views of the marsh and osprey nests which could be seen out the back windows of the house. Property owners were quick to respond to questions and did everything they could to accomodate us. The house also offers some narrow beach access across the street, which is best suited for casual walks and short stays. For families of 8 or more that like to eat together: you may want to bring a small card table with you as the dining rooms in each house are made for 6. We had a wonderful week together in the twinhome and are thankful for the memories we made there. d the backyard

Girls Trip

Booked this house for my daughter and her friends for a relaxing girls trip/ bachelorette weekend and they LOVED it. The house was perfect, the beach was great, clear communication all around. My daughter couldn’t stop talking about how perfect of a weekend it was and how she would 100% go back. Highly recommend!

Lovely Beachside Home!

We had a great time at this property. We had a group of 10 people staying here, and we all fit pretty comfortably (some couples were on full beds, but everyone had their own room). The glass sunroom is gorgeous, and we spent basically our entire trip hanging out there. Lovely beachside access, cute dogs around, generally a very quaint place to be. A few quirks of the property — the parking situation isn’t wonderful. You can fit 3/4 cars in the driveway, but they are all in a line, so you’ll have to play some parking Tetris. We were in town for my wedding and needed additional parking for our hair and makeup artists and such, and thankfully there was a very kind neighbor who let us park multiple cars on his property. The house is also creaky with steep stairs, and it does make a loud rattling noise when anyone showers or does dishes, so be mindful if you’re a light sleeper. It was overall a great experience. Thanks for hosting us!

Twin Pine Fig home is a great place to stay and exceeded all expectations! Beautiful location, peaceful home! The twin home gave our friends and family the space they needed while still being together in the same home. Liz was a great host and has taken great care to make her guests comfortable and make pine/fig home a restful and relaxing place.

We spent Thanksgiving week at the twin house. It is warm welcoming and so so lovely. The house is well equipped and immaculate. We loved the location and being able to sit in the sun room and enjoy the beach in the fall. It was perfect! Thank you for making the stay so great

Great House / Great Location

The twin house was perfect for our family for time at the beach. We could be together on the sun porch or apart in our own little home. The location really cannot be beat and makes for easy access to the beach, local restaurants, and super markets. Liz, the owner was responsive and created a comfortable atmosphere for our family to relax. Looking forward to heading back again in the future.
