We love everything about this place we've stayed twice already and am about to book our 3rd stay here staff is always friendly and available rooms are always clean and quiet, definitely recommend this place to anyone we see.

Not the cleanest. No parking if you're pulling a trailer. Very hard to communicate with very little English spoken.

Highly Recommended hotel in Harrisonville

The gentleman at the desk waited til 2:30 am for me to check in. Very personable and welcoming. The room was very clean, updated and quite comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here immensely.

Overpriced roach motel

I asked for a non smoking room, immediately upon entering there was a horrible overwhelming smell (mildew mattress and wet ashtray smell). You can tell they've attempted to paint over/cover outdated room. Evidence of cockroach infestation still apparent. Truck and overloaded trailer parked behind my vehicle, as well as another truck nearly hitting my vehicle several times. Small children running around unattended, between vehicles and in driveway.

We just needed to find a place to sleep for the night on our way to Tulsa and we were originally concerned but once we got to our room we were pleasantly surprised. Desk agent was super nice and let us know room had been recently renovated. It was clean and surprisingly quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

rm 202.....II was a bit concern when we pulled in, due to the older 1 story section did not match any photos that I had reviewed. They had a newer 2 story building which was advertised. It seemed to have newer furnishings. Big TV, clean bedding, very, vey, very, bright lighting, (need dimmer switch), the Sofa (sleeper?) was very disgusting with dust, dirt, stains and needing to be replaced. We didn't sit on it or even lay our clothes on it. The location was very convenient to food shopping and the highway, the shower was great but the towels were cheap and paper thin. I may book again for the price and a short stay.

The motel was clean & adequate for the price. It is more like a motel layout than I expected for an Inn & Suites. No continental breakfast, just a one cup coffee maker in the room. The fan in toilet shower area did not work. It was hard to regulate the heat/ac unit. Pillows were too soft. Bed was ok.
