Such a nice place! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend my wedding weekend. A warning for anyone planning on renting- the stairs are extremely steep, common with houses as old as this. Fortunately there are two bedrooms on the first floor for those of us with mobility issues, which worked great for me. Thank you so much!

Family Wedding in Old Saybrook

My nephew got married and we needed room for 6 of us with two full bathrooms. The location was great! We had some great Lobster Bisque and amazing Pizza! If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here again.

This old colonial home was very charming. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing to be aware of is there is only air conditioning in 4 of the bedrooms and it was quite hot while we were there. The location is great, and it's a short walk in to town.

Ladies shopping weekend

Old house with neat features. Great dining area to sit, chat, eat, play games. No blinds and only sheer curtains, so if you like to sleep in, it's kind of bright once the sun rises. Nice walk to the beach.

The interior of the home was clean and welcoming. We had plenty of space and comfortable accommodations. I received many kudos from my friends for choosing this venue. our group had a working retreat at this house and it suited our needs very well. house was clean and as described, though some of the furnishings would benefit from deep cleaning to remove stains and updating to improve comfort - particularly on the screen porch. Would still stay again though!

This was the BEST decision for our family. The house was very cozy, old charm feel with some modern updates. The downstairs bathroom had a Spa vibe.
