Fire Extinguisher mounted on wall in Kitchen and one in the bedroom. No handicap access, must be able to climb stairs. 5 minutes from Clinton Ferry dock on Whidbey Island Wa. 3 minutes from a grocery store, 1 mile from Deerlake, 80 minutes to Deception Pass. Quiet neighborhood and you will see people walking, biking on this quiet country road. Lots of small towns, winery’s, breweries, parks, hiking trails and more to explore. You can walk to the ferry landing in 15 minutes. The beaches are rocky and sandy depending on the beach. If you’re a galaxy, planets, nebula gazer you might catch one of the owners setting up a telescope for Astro photography.
