I’ll start with the positives. The house was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all six of us and is located in a nice area within walking distance of the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the ocean views. There was plenty of seating, and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms was adequate. The home was mostly clean; however, finding leftover food in the refrigerator from a previous guest was definitely off-putting.As for the negatives, there were several. The home does not have central air conditioning—only mini-split units on the main floor. Since most of the bedrooms are upstairs, it became very hot and uncomfortable at night, while the main level remained overly cold.The upstairs bathrooms did not have hand soap available, so we had to use our own. Additionally, the downstairs bathroom had no hot water and very low water pressure, making the shower unusable.Prior to our stay, we asked about a grill and were told there was a pellet grill with pellets available. However, upon arrival, we found there were only a few pellets, which prevented us from using the grill.The TV was also inconvenient, as it only worked with a Roku account. There was no standard TV remote only a Roku remote limiting usability.While the host did respond to some questions, the communication was only moderately helpful.We have stayed in several VRBO properties, and unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve had. I would not recommend this property.
