Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put all used bedding and towels in the bathtub. Turn off all the lights and fans. Make sure to close and lock all windows and doors.
Take the trash on your way out and put in the trash compactor down by the pond. The code to the lock is 3,4,5,3.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Parking is not allowed up by the road. You must park down in the driveway. These are required rules by Cloud Country West HOA.
If visiting during the winter time, need an all wheel drive or 4x4 as road conditions can be hazardous.

The cabin lived up to our expectations. The view from the back deck was awesome, a perfect location to enjoy some adult beverages. A nice surprise were the elk in the area. We heard them throughout our stay. We had one bar of cell service with T Mobile which was enough to make calls and check emails. Will definitely visit again.

The property was as described and very nice, GPS had some trouble finding it but it's not far off so just keep going a little if it looks off. We had chipmunks and jays there all day and elk pass by every evening, it was super peaceful. Only warning is ATT had no service there but emergency calls, it was a nice disconnect though. Definitely recommend for a peaceful time in the mountains.

This cabin has amazing views of the mountains and pond.The cabin was very clean and roomy. We spent most of our time out on the covered back porch watching the elk and birds. Also enjoyed the humming birds. I would recommend this cabin. The owners are very nice and responsive.

The cabin and site were wonderful. The only issue was the couch was not big enough. We had 4 people and there was only seating for 3 in front of the tv and fireplace. And WiFi would be nice. Would definitely stay again.

Nice property cabin is laid out nice. If you have AT&T there is no service and the cabin has no wifi. It was a off grid experience for us. You will have to drive 4 or 5 miles toward town to get service.
