We just got back from Thanksgiving week at this property with my family and our family friends. 6 adults, 4 teenagers and 4 small dogs. PROS: Game room is exactly as pictured. The teens loved it and it kept everyone occupied. Bedrooms are also clean and spacious and exactly as pictured. TVs in all the rooms worked and the size of the big screen projector in the living room is a plus. Communication and response time of the management company was great. When we arrived, the pool/spa malfunctioned and they got it repaired the following morning. CONS: This house seems intended for a group of young Coachella goers. We were a family looking to have a relaxing holiday, which was not exactly possible here. The kitchen needs updating and stocking. We had to buy pots, pans and spoons during our stay. Also, the water dispenser on the refrigerator worked intermittently, so buying potable water became a hassle. The outside needs work. It's rundown and needs updating and renovation. Chairs broken, flooring broken, umbrellas broken. While the house sleeps 18, the living room set up is tiny and not able to accomodate more than 6 ppl smooshed on the couch. There is a dog in the neighborhood that barks loudly every night. Which brings us to the neighborhood. There is a lot going on: fireworks, screeching tires, etc. Also, I was told that I would only be charged for 2 dogs since they were small, but was charged for 4 anyway.
Overall: We made the best of it, but would not stay here again.
