Very comfortable home with lovely artwork. The house was exceptionally clean and really had everything we needed to enjoy the entire week.The location was also good as the beach was lovely and not the least bit crowded.Would stay again here when we wanna Florida beach vacation.

The house was exactly as shown in the pictures, very clean and comfortable. It was a very short walk to the beach, which we enjoyed every day. The weather was cool, but we were able to use the heated pool a few days. Good location for restaurants and shopping, but not too close to the crowds. Adam and Brittany were responsive and helpful with suggestions for dining and things to do. We enjoyed our stay.

Cocoa Beach fun trip

This property has everything you need. The pool and outdoor area are excellent.Very spacious indoor area, living room and sunroom. Plenty of seating and eating areas.On a quiet corner lot and the trees and fence provide plenty of privacy.Two and a half blocks straight to the beach access/ parking area. And the neighborhood is family friendly with sidewalks for walking

Great location!

Our family stayed here for a week and loved it! The location of the property is perfect for the beach and a trip to Disney and Discovery Cove as they are both only an hour drive away! The kids also enjoyed the ping pong table! Highly recommend for a nice family vacation!

Home Away from Home in Cocoa Beach

We just returned from a one week stay at Skipper's Landing in Cocoa Beach. This was our first VRBO experience, and it well exceeded all of our expectations. This beautiful and comfortable home was just as shown online. We enjoyed the pool almost daily! This home is very close to the beach as well as many other Cocoa Beach attractions and restaurants. Hosts Adam and Brittany were always very responsive and accommodating when we had questions. I would highly recommend this home if your travels take you to Cocoa Beach. My family had a terrific time and will definitely return in the future. Thanks for a fabulous vacay!

Beautiful vacacation

The house is exactly as pictured and more!! Perfect home for our family vacation. Quite neighborhood. The house is spacious and immaculate! The kitchen was well stocked for all your needs. Living room is comfortable and tastefully decorated. Pool area is amazing with a beautiful seating area and the Tikki bar with a Bbq ready to use.The pool is well maintained. We spent a lot of time in it! .There were lots of board games that we played together. All of the bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of storage for clothes and suitcases. All of the bathrooms were spotless and well stocked with linens. Master suite was over the top! Gorgeous room and fabulous bathroom! We walked less than 3 minutes to the beach several mornings to watch the sunrise. We follow some recomendations from host to enjoy some places for dinner around the house. We highly recommend this home. Thank you Brittany and Adam

Great stay

The property was fantastic. A nice big house, roomy enough for everyone. It was well stocked with just about everything you need for a great vacation. The pool area was great, with a nice big pool. And the property managers were very responsive. I would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful property, short walk to the beach

We (two small families with kids and toddlers) had an excellent time here. The location is perfect. Its a two minute walk to the beach and about a mile south of the tourist area, which means the beach not crowded at all. The house was turn key and came with way more than we needed. The house is kid friendly and seems to have been updated within the last few years. While there isnt a barrier at the pool for toddlers, there are multiple doors to get outside which helped keep them away. Communication was great. We would rent here again without doubt. Thanks Adam.

Wonderful Beach Home

Great location, short walk to beach with a variety of beach toys and chairs. Salt water pool👍! Comfortable beds, plenty of seating in living room, very large table in Florida room, backyard was perfectly outfitted with cooking cabana and with tables /chairs /shade umbrellas. My grandchildren lived in the pool and on the beach during our vacation. We all flew in so it was very convenient to have all the beach and pool toys available. Kitchen set up was great and appreciated. Nice neighborhood and good local restaurants etc. Couldn't be happier with this home.

3 families and one with infants

I have to start out by saying I have never used VRBO before this trip so I really can’t compare this to other hosts or amenities. Our two sons are near 30 and we are still bribing them to spend time with us! 😄. This time we agreed to rent the house if they would come and spen the week in it with us. My kids don’t pass up free stuff😄. My one son brought his 1 year old and 4 year old. The other son doesn’t have kids yet. Reserving the house and all of the prep leading up to arrival was great! Adam is very responsive to questions that arose, typically answering emails within 24 hours. When we got there the storm door was locked, preventing us from using the code to enter. I panicked and emailed Adam, realizing at that moment that I didn’t have a cell # for him. It was a tense few minutes standing in the driveway with suitcases in hand, wondering if I would have to find a bite for 8 of us for the night 😳I emailed Adam at 3:38 and he responded by email at 3:57 so our crisis was averted quickly! The house was nice. It was close to the beach, across two busy roads but both were one-way so it wasn’t bad. Adam provided everything we needed including high chairs and pack n plays for the one year old. I think they thought of everything! Overall I was very happy with the experience and would rent from him again. As I said, I can’t compare it to other hosts but our experience was really good.

Skipper’s Landing

We had a great time at the property. Good location to the beach, restaurants and Kennedy Space Center. The house was spacious for the six of us, plenty of room. Pool was great. Though, no railing to hold on to when entering the pool on the steps was difficult for my elderly parents. Communication with the host was easy and quick response. Would recommend this house to anyone who is looking in the area.
