Perfect for beach and surfing. 5 minute walk as described. Two surf shops, Flohana and Neilson right on the way. Nice little private back yard for a dog. Host is very responsive and helpful. Beach supplies provided and nice beach buggy you push to get your things to the beach. This is a duplex. One private parking provided. There is public parking along the street when available. It is close to downtown. Can walk to restaurants and shops.

16th Birthday Bash

My son wanted to try surfing again for his big 16th birthday and I'm so glad we found this place. It was perfect and cozy for the 2 boys, myself, and their uncle. And it was dog friendly so the whole family celebrated! The cottage was beautiful! All the small details were thought of (make up remover, lotion and travel size shampoo, a couple laundry pods and dryer sheets). The location was phenomenal! A short few blocks walk to downtown area, a block from the beach, delicious food right across the street and quiet! Debra made sure to offer suggestions of things to do and sightseeing in the area and she even checked in regularly to see if we needed anything during our stay. We will gladly stay here again and reccommend that others do as well!!

Well appointed, amazing customer service, good location

This was one of the best VRBO experiences. The place is appointed as if the owner lives there. And the owner, Debra, went above and beyond. She texted me the morning of our first day to say the cleaners finished early so feel free to check in early. She also let us check out late as long as the place was not booked. She texted me to let me know a rocket launch was planned that night- a must see if you are there at the right time. There are so many nice touches in the condo that I was convinced the owners lived there much of the year, but they don't. They are just dedicated to making their guests feel at home. A few examples: The paper guidebook they created is the best I have experienced. The shower is tile with a stone floor. The bathroom includes an extra shelf for toiletries. The backyard is small but includes a cute table and decorations. The unit includes beach chairs and other items for the beach. Parking is 20 steps from the front door. The unit is a few blocks from the middle of downtown Cocoa Beach. Less than 2 blocks from the beach. I hope to stay there again.

First time using VRBO

My husband and I were very please with our cottage, it was cozy and very clean. The location was excellent, walking distance to restaurants and some shopping. Our weather wasn’t the greatest but we still enjoyed our stay.

Just so nice

The cottage was just so amazing. I was not ready to go. I just love the location.. Walking distance to everywhere. I love the plants. The cottage decor. I am a crafty lady. I just love the feel of home on the beach inside the cottage. I just can't think of anything you left out. I will NEVER get a another cottage if it doesn't have what you offered me. I'm spoiled.. Thanks for having me. I did relax. Being a disabled veteran with polyarthritis l didn't have no problem getting into the shower.. BIG. THANKS. THANKS THANKS FOR LETTING ME STAY.. I will be back.. Cozy cute beach house

This place was an absolute treat! The beach house itself was perfect for what we needed. It was cozy, clean, the backyard and all was so laid back, It was the most loveliest spot we could of asked for. Everything was so close by in walking distance.Definitely one we will never forgrtt and cant wait to return back!

Perfect Little Cottage

My boyfriend and I stayed in the cottage for our vacation and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect! Less than 5 min walk to the beach and tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We barely moved our car. We had a great time and will be back!

Great stay!

We absolutley loved this cottage. It's minutes from the beach, walking. They had boogie boards, beach chairs and an umbrella for use. It was so clean and cute. Loved throwing the swimsuits and towels in the dryer each night. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house, but it was a great place to relax and unwind. Would highly reccommend. Great location

Great location. Close to the beach, shopping, and local restaurants. The cottage great too. Nice place to come back to after being at the beach or out fishing. Having the twin beds was a large reason we chose this place so it is a great place for families.
