Beachside paradise! Located in Downtown Cocoa Beach just 1 block from the beach, this updated house is within walking distance to best restaurants, bars and attractions Cocoa Beach has to offer. Large private heated pool with outdoor entertaining space including covered pergola, full grilling station and bar, wet bar with sink and plenty of outdoor seating. Inside is all new furniture, appliances, granite bar/countertops and smart TV’s in every room. Beach cruiser bikes included to ride around town. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and a cart are all included to easily bring everything you need to the beach around the corner. One of the highest rated pool homes on other platforms in Cocoa Beach!

The pool has a beach area with umbrella to sit in shade in the pool if needed. 2 car enclosed garage as well.

The house location and outdoor space were awesome. Communication with the owner Joe was also great and he was very responsive. The only downside was we felt the master bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable (hard) and had a hard time sleeping. But we would still rent his place again due to its location, outdoor space and owner communication.

Beautiful, relaxing location in Cocoa Beach. Can easily access the beach, restaurants and shops by walking. Joe was readily available if we needed anything during our stay. He even went above and beyond to give us a ride to the port as our pick up time with another company was very late. We will definitely be back for another visit!! Thanks Joe!!

It was a total dream the house was great the pool perfect felt like we were home had a hard time leaving joe the owner was great i would highly recommend staying here its an easy drive to restaurants and for shopping an easy walk.to the beach where if there is a launch its a perfect view , my family and i cant wait to go back.
