We had some family staying across the street at Las Olas. Just needed a place to crash really. It was very quiet and had a cool retro surfer vibe. We enjoyed our alone time there.
The sand was off the floors but I had to wear socks inside or wash my feet before I trashed the sheets. Advertised as 5 Minute walk to the beach which was the reason we rented. Found out after arriving that the beach was closed and the nearest access was 3 miles away for 5 per hour parking. We were not please since that is why we were there. We left early with no refund of our money. These people manage 40 properties and were not responsive to our request for some refund. Never again.
Spent four nights there with no issues. Cute, cozy beachy feel. Nice to have an equipped kitchen. Wi fi worked perfectly, unit was quiet, easy walk to beach, stores and restaurants. Laughed alot while using the provided.tandem bike.
This was my first time using VRBO. I will definitely do it again. The owners for Endless Summer were easy to communicate with, the property was exactly as described and perfect for a long weekend stay. It was a short walk to the beach so it was easy to go back if we forgot anything. They had a closet with beach stuff - the only minor complaint I had was that the beach chairs that were provided were broken and unusable. I notified the owners but we were only there a few days so they weren't replaced before we checked out. Otherwise it was a great place to stay!
We got to the location extremely late at night, well after midnight. It was easy to get in and we were not there very long. The main bed was not comfortable and there needed to be a couple more blankets for the air mattress on the floor. But other than that, everything was as described and comfortable.
This was a great location wiht an easy walk to the beach. It comes with some beach equipment, which was nice, but not always in the best shape. The beds were not super comfortable and would have loved some more storage to hang towels. We had 2 kids with us, but the sleeper sofa was not big enough for them both. We ended up putting one kid on the couch and using one of the mattresses on the floor which was fine.
We paid for 9 nights, but only stayed 4 nights because the furniture was very uncomfortable. The property manager said he would consider a partial refund, but we have not heard anything. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable as was the bed. My wife had just finished radiation therapy for breast cancer and she was limited how much she could be in the sun so she was mostly confined to the condo. There was no TV in the bedroom and the TV in the living room was small. My wife had to spend most of her time in the living room watching TV and the furniture was so uncomfortable that I actually brought in a beach chair for her to sit in much of each day. Neither of us got much sleep at night on the bed. There is no cable TV and no antenna so we could not watch any local channels and streaming was the only way to watch TV. The WiFi is very slow and two different days a maintenance man had to come to reset the router which was not even in our condo. Several of the lights did not work and the toilet seat was very loose.
Overall, our experience was not good at all and I cannot recommend this condo or the property management company at all.
Sorry I donât have better things to say as the location of this condo was great and we love Cocoa Beach, but our stay was so bad we left five days early.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, well stocked and location was great - close to pier, beach and restaurants. Tandem bike was a fun bonus. Check in did not go as planned, but host worked to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
Had a plumbing problem with our first location, but rental management were in quick contact and took care of us immediately. They moved us to a similar rental nearby. Thanks for the prompt response when there was a problem.
